Why Prestige

Work at Texas’s most trusted valet company

Prestige Valet has been Texas’s premier valet parking company for over 25 years. We staff hotels, restaurants, weddings, corporate events, medical facilities, and private residences across Houston, Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio — and we’re growing.

Our attendants represent Prestige at every curb. That means we hire people who care about how they show up, work well under pressure, and want to grow in hospitality. In return, we offer steady work, weekly pay, tips, uniforms provided, and a team that has each other’s back.

Frequently Asked

Questions applicants ask most

What’s the pay like?

Hourly base plus tips. Base pay varies by market and property tier. Weekly pay via direct deposit. High-end hotels and restaurants often produce strong tip income for attendants who deliver excellent guest service.

Do I need previous valet experience?

No. Prior valet, hospitality, restaurant, or customer-service experience helps, but we hire based on driving skill, work ethic, and how you present yourself. We train every new hire on ticketless SMS technology, damage documentation, and property-specific protocols.

Do I need to drive manual (stick shift)?

Preferred but not required for most roles. Some upscale properties get more high-end manual vehicles, so it’s a plus. If you’re the right candidate but haven’t driven stick, we can train you.

What are typical shift hours?

Hotels: continuous 24/7 rotation with 6–8 hour shifts across day, evening, and overnight. Restaurants: primarily evening (5–10pm) and weekend brunches. Events: single-event shifts of 4–8 hours, primarily weekends.

Can I work in multiple cities?

Yes. We operate in Houston, Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio. If you relocate or want to pick up shifts in a nearby market, we can coordinate scheduling. Note it on your application.

How long does the hiring process take?

Typically 2 weeks from application to first shift. Faster for event-only roles or when we have urgent openings. Slower if your background check takes longer than usual.

Do you drug test?

Yes for full-time positions and any role at properties that require it (hospitals, corporate campuses). Event and part-time roles are handled property-by-property.

What if I don’t hear back?

We review every application. If you don’t hear from us within 2 weeks, it means we don’t currently have an opening that matches your qualifications, but your application stays on file for 6 months.
