How much does private event valet parking cost in Houston?
Private events are flat-quoted per event based on guest count, venue geometry, arrival window, event duration, and package tier. Most private events at 100–200 guests fall into a predictable price range, but we scope every event individually so the quote reflects your actual staffing needs, not a template rate card. Ask for a quote and you’ll have a scoped number in one business day.
How far in advance should I book valet for my event?
Weddings: 3–6 months out is ideal, especially for Saturday evenings in spring and fall peak season. Corporate holiday parties: book by early October for December dates. Non-peak private events: 2–4 weeks is usually enough. Emergency last-minute events can sometimes be accommodated — call us and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can staff it well.
What’s included in every package?
Every Prestige Valet package includes uniformed and background-checked attendants, paper tickets, valet parking signage for guest guidance, a portable key box, flashlights for evening arrivals, and umbrellas for weather. Higher tiers add walkie-talkie coordination for larger crews, paper floor mats for rain protection, and red carpet arrival for VIP-level events.
Are you insured to work at my venue?
Yes. Every private event carries $2M general liability, comprehensive garagekeepers coverage on guest vehicles in our care, and workers’ compensation on every attendant. Certificates of insurance naming your venue, property manager, and any additional insured parties are issued within 24 hours of booking. Waiver of subrogation is available on request for corporate-managed venues.
Do you conduct site visits before the event?
Yes. Every event is personally reviewed by the owner using Google Earth to plan vehicle flow, guest drop-off, and stacking — and for larger events or unusual venues, we conduct an in-person site inspection. That planning happens before we quote, so the staffing count and pricing in your proposal reflects what your event actually needs.
Can you handle very large events?
Yes. We regularly staff events from 50 guests up to 1,000-plus, from single-attendant residential parties to full crews with runners, radio coordination, and multiple stacking zones for downtown galas. If your event is unusually large or complex, we’ll walk through the specific logistics on the discovery call.
What happens if it rains?
Every attendant carries an umbrella for guest coverage between vehicle and venue entrance. Our Luxury and VIP packages add paper floor mats to protect venue floors from wet shoes. Attendants wear rain-appropriate uniforms in inclement weather. Rain doesn’t slow the arrival — we plan for it.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a signed service agreement and deposit hold your event date on our calendar. The deposit is applied toward the final event fee. Terms are laid out clearly in the service agreement — no surprises on the invoice.
