How much does valet parking cost?
Recurring hotel and restaurant programs are per-attendant per-hour on a monthly service agreement. Private events are flat-quoted. Restaurants can add a guest-paid ticket model to fully offset labor. We’ll model your specific scenario in the proposal — not a template rate card.
How fast can you start?
Private events: 2–4 weeks. Recurring service: 5–7 days if the venue has private-property parking or an existing valet zone, 30–45 days if a new City of Austin/Dallas ROW permit is required.
Do you serve my property type?
Almost certainly — hotels (full-service, boutique, limited-service, resort), restaurants (curbside or private-property), medical facilities, corporate campuses, wedding venues, private residences, and event venues from convention centers to Hill Country estates. If it needs a valet, we probably staff that category.
Are you insured for our property’s requirements?
Yes. $2M general liability, comprehensive garagekeeper coverage, and workers’ comp on every account. Certificates of insurance naming your property, management company, and landlord as additional insureds within 24 hours. Waiver of subrogation available on request for corporate-managed properties.
